What about member data and GDPR?
Member data is held in the UK on Microsoft Azure, with secure sign-in. We only use the data needed to recognise visits and deliver rewards, and we’ll provide a data processing agreement on request. Connecting Strava, Garmin or Apple Health is optional, and members can disconnect at any time.
What happens after 90 days?
We review your results against your baseline together. If you carry on, your plan is set by your number of active members and reviewed every three months. If it hasn’t worked for you, you can cancel within the 90 days.
