We use your information to:
- Respond to your enquiry and provide and improve our services.
- Process registrations for Konkr, including the 90-day proof, and related programmes.
- Communicate updates, promotions and relevant content (you can opt out at any time).
- Ensure website security and prevent fraudulent activity.
- Understand how our website is used so we can improve it.

We process your data where it is necessary to respond to your request or to take steps towards a contract with you, where we have a legitimate interest in running and promoting our business, where you have given consent (for example, to receive marketing emails), or where we have a legal obligation.

- Service providers: companies that help us operate our business, such as website hosting and form handling (Netlify), our platform hosting (Microsoft Azure, with data held in the UK), email and calendar booking (Google Workspace), our retention scorecard (ScoreApp), email marketing (Mailchimp) and payment processors.
- Legal and compliance: where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry and contact details for as long as needed to respond and manage our relationship with you, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless you become a customer, in which case we keep data for the length of the contract plus any period required by law.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. Konkr platform data is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the UK, and we can provide a data processing agreement to operators on request. However, no online platform is completely secure.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

- Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Object to or restrict how we use your data.
